      Avantages

      A lot of hours to go around, just a lot of work, long hours and lifting. It is by no means easy but can support a single person who lives with their parents.

      Inconvénients

      It is not the best pay, the hours suck, and the work was rough and brutal. everyday my arms wanted to fall off. the management and leadership was not the best but it is what it is.

      Great place to work and they are very kind.

      Wish we were inside a building that has all four walls when the cold weather kicks in.

      Avantages

      Goes above and beyond OSHA safety standards. Shares in success by bonus system. Very good at JHA and CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT.

      Inconvénients

      Too much nitpicking and not enough people to implement every change. Unrealistic expectations about ZERO INJURIES. People are human and will make mistakes.
