      Sales management is pretty brutal - always want more, but never provide better tools to enable sales

      Excellent Technology. Wonderful co workers.

      Inconvénients

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
