      People were great to work with. Compensation & benefits are average.

      Inconvénients

      Staffing is lean. Overtime is out of control. No work life balance. Does change by organizational transformation instead of organizational development.

      Excellent Technology. Wonderful co workers.

      Inconvénients

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
