Very quiet in the office - Avis employé Administrative Assistant Pacsoft

I loved the sense of community that the Pacsoft team created in the workplace. Regardless of whatever was going on throughout the year, communication between staff was consistent and helped facilitate a better work environment. Most staff members have been with the company 10+ years, which helps create a sense of family.

I can say that there's always room for improvement with any company. The lack of training materials to help customers was sometimes an issue. This would take some time to learn and explain the software to new customers.

Working with such an innovative company has been a great opportunity for business growth and new partnerships. I truly enjoy the passion they have behind their product and I love watching businesses grow using Pacsoft inventory management software. There is nothing more powerful than happy customers.

The amount of travel required to demo the product is the only con. I can't wait to see more video and instructional content to help in the digital space.
