      very friendly and accommodating. if knowledge areas lacking, team very helpful to explain and allow growth w/o feeling inadequate or out of place.

      Avantages

      Get to work in an exciting and growing market. Great work culture (very low turnover rate). Get to be part of building something pretty unique for this region.

      Inconvénients

      Nothing really major. There are some minor growing pains, but that's going to be expected with a company that's growing this quickly.
