      Avantages

      I made forever friends with authentic individuals + had extreme flexibility with my schedule.

      Inconvénients

      The owner can get away with a lot with the "we are a small business" excuse. She is the entire HR department so if something happens between the two of you, good luck. Also, there are no opportunities for growth whatsoever.
