Avantages
- Work is steady, not often overwhelming - Middle management isn’t over your shoulder - People who work here are kind and helpful - Work facilities are brand new - Company insurance is good
Inconvénients
- Employee wellbeing and retention isn’t prioritized - No employee events or bonding activities - Some people were promised full time remote positions but then told to come to the office or face termination - Promotions are always delayed and solely based on time spent at the company rather than experience, responsibility, and workload - Going above and beyond only gets you a “nice job!”
