      Avantages

      Utilities generally are pretty stable. Not up and down like engineering firms.

      Inconvénients

      Decisions seem to be made for PR alone. I don't feel appreciated as an employee. Managers are overworked and not getting the support they need.

      Avantages

      The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

      Inconvénients

      This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
