Avantages
In a pool of high ego coworkers, I found my share of coworkers I loved working with and would get excited working on a project with them.
Inconvénients
This team has the worst orientation I have ever witnessed. I asked a question asking if there is someone I could talk to about the software the team uses, because I felt like a single 30-minute video call wasn't enough. I was rudely told to figure it out myself. I never felt so unwelcome in a new team. The way I was treated was only the beginning, and it only got worse. The burnout is massive here as well, and you cannot get a break. I've had days where I would work from 6 am until 11 pm. Without a doubt, PXP destroyed my passion for design, and I haven't worked in another design-related job since I left. Thankfully, many coworkers I worked with were understanding and agreed with my reasoning. Some jobs aren't worth the paycheck, and this is one of them.
