Since, it is a small company, you get to learn a lot, your job responsibilites keep changing, sometimes you contribute more and sometimes less.
Inconvénients
There is ambiguity of job security, Organisation structure changes frequently. Uncertainities persist every year when it comes to salary reviews or bonus. The salaries are not as per market standard, you find a lot of people getting overpaid and the other group is underpaid. Regardless of individual performance and promotios, every body gets same standard hike, which is very demotivaing for performers. The HR is non existent, management rules everything Employees are taken for granted and treated worse especially when they decide to quit There is no transport provided, the parking is provided based on rotation(you do not get parking almost 3-4 months a year), despite all this they pester employees about coming on time, no WFH, flexibility in timings is not considered. The policies change according to company and manager's convenience.
