      Avantages

      Flexibility to work from home depending on what team you're on. Good vacation policy and benefits package.

      Inconvénients

      Company culture has decreased quite a bit. Teams are reorganized quite often and layoffs are always looming if not happening. Lots of people leaving.

      Avantages

      Great people, customers, products. The culture has improved significantly over the past 5 years or so, and now feels like a relatively modern software company. Exec leadership is very good, Neil is fantastic.

      Inconvénients

      Mid-level exec leaders, VP level, are still very political. Salaries are way below average.
