Avantages
The company is entering some interesting markets and bringing new thought leadership to its customers and industries. The company's employees exhibit a rich, deep knowledge and expertise (although unrealized - see below). The benefits and pay are good.
Inconvénients
Too political. The company culture thrives on an environment of ambiguity, which makes if difficult for employees to succeed and challenging for customers to follow. Constant change and search for the next 'shiney object' leads to regular restructuring that is counterproductive to continuity and makes revenue growth unpredictable. Despite its experienced and knowedgable team, the company seldom empowers them toward meaningful contribution.
