      Avantages

      Managers I worked for were awesome, very people focused and provided a lot of recognition for the work and opportunities. Worked on various different areas of the product and the product owners are the company were very knowledgeable too. Overall a great place to work at.

      Avantages

      Great people, customers, products. The culture has improved significantly over the past 5 years or so, and now feels like a relatively modern software company. Exec leadership is very good, Neil is fantastic.

      Inconvénients

      Mid-level exec leaders, VP level, are still very political. Salaries are way below average.
