      - Talented and dedicated coworkers - Challenging work - Recognition for top performers on large/visible projects - Career trajectory often based on quality of work, not necessarily seniority/years of experience

      Inconvénients

      - Poor work/life balance - Historical lack of clear direction as a company (though this seems to be changing) - Mediocre compensation

      Avantages

      Great people, customers, products. The culture has improved significantly over the past 5 years or so, and now feels like a relatively modern software company. Exec leadership is very good, Neil is fantastic.

      Inconvénients

      Mid-level exec leaders, VP level, are still very political. Salaries are way below average.
