      PTC has great work life balance, with no undue pressures. The exceptional performance is timely recognized and rewarded.

      Inconvénients

      Being a product based company and the internal framework being huge every developer may not get a good look at the latest technologies around.

      Avantages

      Great people, customers, products. The culture has improved significantly over the past 5 years or so, and now feels like a relatively modern software company. Exec leadership is very good, Neil is fantastic.

      Inconvénients

      Mid-level exec leaders, VP level, are still very political. Salaries are way below average.
