ProspeX provides us with the opportunity to attend valuable Dale Carnegie Courses, and the management regularly conducts formal and informal training to fine tune our skills. Training is far beyond the first week on the job. It is continuous.
Everyone's opinions are valued, and we are encouraged to come to the table with new ideas. Senior management is always looking for new ways to innovate. It doesn't matter how long or short you've been here, your voice is heard if you speak up.
