Fast paced and you have to be ready to go. Job takes prep and a good attitude. Need more flex hours.

ProspeX provides us with the opportunity to attend valuable Dale Carnegie Courses, and the management regularly conducts formal and informal training to fine tune our skills. Training is far beyond the first week on the job. It is continuous. Everyone's opinions are valued, and we are encouraged to come to the table with new ideas. Senior management is always looking for new ways to innovate. It doesn't matter how long or short you've been here, your voice is heard if you speak up. Perks include contests with prizes that vary from Visa Gift Cards, Trips, TVs, and iPads. The management team is always doing something new to drive competition. The CEO is heavily involved in Pro-Sports training so free tickets are often available upon request. All in all, ProspeX is a great place to develop the fundamental business skills required for a successful career.

Sales isn't for everyone, but if you are a competitive person with a "get it done" mindset you will get the most out of working here.
