      - No delays in salary - Good for fresh grad if looking for exp and desperate.

      Inconvénients

      - NO HMO until 5 years. - Low Salary - Takes long time to approve salary raise, even to those who are with them for more than 5 years.

      - No salary increase even when transferred to more technical position - Salary with new hire and tenured is same, meaning they don't give salary increase to tenured.

      good mentor happy department kind employees nice office, oldy style but good lighting

      limited work areas given tasks from employee's backlog only old style - still work with papers
