Uneven workload division among team members 5. Inadequate people in leadership positions 6. Demonstrated competence leading multiple projects, Maintenance of industrial, utility department, Strong background in Power Generation with Distribution electrical & electronic systems, other industrial components.

      Inconvénients

      Communication, motivation and negotiation & dynamic, organized, self-starter, analytically sound, innovative and task oriented of Power plant, Diesel and Gas Generators, Sub-Station, servicing, maintenance and renovation of the engine, other industrial activities.
