      Avantages

      Decent products but could do with some new innovation.

      Inconvénients

      As of Dec 2018, PR Electronics has a culture of micromanagement and bullying. If you don’t make 20 phone calls on office days, you will be fired. 2 verbals, 2 written and then gone. 1 man drives all this with a rod of iron through bullying and harassment. You will be monitored VERY CLOSELY. Personnel took a dim view of his activities and what happened? Personnel managers were sacked. This company is NOT a good place to work. Do not touch it with a barge pole.

      Avantages

      Great technical support, fast responses from colleagues, and products are superior to competitors. US Manager kept a decent office environment. They make an effort to implement employee's suggestions to improve benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Zero career growth opportunities for majority of people even though you are told otherwise in the interview and throughout your time working for the company. Not a place for people-oriented, ambitious individuals excited about growing in a company or people who actively looks for feedback and progression with personal/professional development.
