      Avantages

      Excellent marketing, website, and technical support. Products are outstanding, intuitive, cost effective, and well made. Excellent sales tools, computer, phone, demo case, and iPad. Generous and thoughtful owner.

      Inconvénients

      Very high turnover, micromanagement, employees are managed by spread sheets and reports, not real world situations. Employees are extremely expendable which tarnishes their brand with customers due to instability. I would highly recommend this company but unfortunately cannot due to high turnover as the accepted norm.

      Avantages

      Great technical support, fast responses from colleagues, and products are superior to competitors. US Manager kept a decent office environment. They make an effort to implement employee's suggestions to improve benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Zero career growth opportunities for majority of people even though you are told otherwise in the interview and throughout your time working for the company. Not a place for people-oriented, ambitious individuals excited about growing in a company or people who actively looks for feedback and progression with personal/professional development.
