Instead of guidance, fresh graduates are expected to have everything figured out from day one, with no real support system in place. At the same time, there’s a clear lack of accountability at senior levels. While some spend time scrolling or disengaged, the pressure and blame disproportionately fall on juniors when work isn’t delivered, often leading to unnecessary harassment rather than constructive feedback.
