      None. They underbid projects then work employees to death. No support from management. They double bill clients.

      Inconvénients

      You will be worked to death without support. You'll be expected to regularly work 7 days a week, 80 hours per week. They talk a good talk about work life balance but they don't support it.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Inconvénients

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
