      Avantages

      There are no pros in my book. Awful experience. Nothing but “decent salary” compared to the minimum salary of the country.

      Inconvénients

      Work-life balance completely erased. Very poor management skills. Very poor manager selection. Clear favoritism. Psychological harassment. No growth. Poor study materials. Noncompliance with their “values and culture”.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Inconvénients

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
