Co-workers are helpful and willing to ask questions, which I appreciated a lot during training.
Inconvénients
Lack of communication, management has us fill out surveys but never actually listens and continues to not implement any changes despite employees raising concerns over and over again. You will get thrown under the bus, so watch out.
