      The only pros are gaining experience and some colleagues.

      Inconvénients

      You WILL be overworked and underpaid. You WILL be lied to by upper management. You WILL be blamed for everything even when it's out of your control. You WILL NOT be trained properly or supported by upper management.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Inconvénients

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
