Managers and Directors identified and resourced my strongest talents which are working collaboratively, writing SOPs, developing CRA training programs, and mentoring.
Inconvénients
Managers are forced to grade on a bell shaped curve. Thus, when you have an exceptional team, excellent individual-performance and team-playing may not be acknowledged for all who deserve it.
