Avantages
Job is pretty secure as contracts never stop coming. always have some new to learn, although it become more and more routine when you stay longer.
Inconvénients
work life balance is nonexistent. very intense and sometime tedious work. Keep hiring new people with higher title and less experience, while hesitated to promote experienced current employees. Promotion is not transparent. if you keep asking and threatening your manager to leave, you are much more likely to be promoted.
