      Avantages

      Good place to work starting out. You get a lot of exposure to a lot of clients and techniques. If you do a good job you are quick to recieve a lot of autonomy

      Inconvénients

      A lot of staff gets burned out, but if you outperform in high stress/understaffed conditions, you will grow quickly and be given a lot of opportunity (if under a good manager).

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Inconvénients

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
