Avantages
Worked there for a short time years ago, Friendly and helpful colleagues, some are rude and gossipy. Would recommend working at bigger outlets instead of smaller outlets.
Inconvénients
One of the most toxic environments I have been in. The full-time staffs were mostly middle-age women who spent most of their time gossiping and laughing loudly in the staff room, making it loud and clear that they were talking about the part-time staffs. Due to the outlet being small, with low customer traffic, this gave them Plenty of time to gossip and engage in unprofessional behaviour. The constant gossiping made the environment stressful and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I was targeted and pushed around by one of them and they were nitpicking everything I did. After I resigned, I heard that they started pushing around another part-time staff the same way they did to me.
