Only 3 offices currently - Detroit, Chicago, and Denver.
better hours than most investment banking firms, culture is good, experience is great but name recognition is almost non-existent outside Michigan
Inconvénients
bad hires are kept on for way too long, comp is worse than larger firms, partners panic laid-off 1/4 of the firm Summer 2020 and is now scrambling to rehire those positions.
