Avantages
I have been a part of PIH for 13 years and work in the Wells Building. I have worked at many different positions, it is a great place to learn and gain experience, doctors are great and nurses are easy to get along with and a joy to work with.
Inconvénients
On the other hand, management and supervision skills are not up to par. They keep hiring new staff with no skills and keep messing with employees and their work patterns, making the work flow very slow and the work environment worse. Why change something that has been producing positive numbers, although some minor changes would be welcomed, and should be tested but not in such a drastic manner and complete change. Be for warned, there are supervisors who will have some employees as their favorite pets and spy's, and will discuss with them other employees issues behind their backs That is so unprofessional and I believe it violates the employees rights.
