Avantages
The only problem is that I missed several days due to illness and they didn't fire me..
Inconvénients
The company was very unorganized. Their training was really bad. I had to constantly ask questions. That is why I lasted as long as I did and was as good as I was. I was good, but in order not to give me a raise they told me that okay was knowledgeable, but I didn't represent a luxury brand. I didn't use the verbiage they wanted me to on ONE call so no RAISE PERIOD. THEY gave me 2-3 call monitors at beginning. Then when I started to as about raise...they gave ne a few more and only discussed 1 of them with me...the point of listening to my calls is to give me feedback to improve. SO, when you don't give the feedback how do you expect me to improve. It all sounded like BS... TO BE FRANK. That is probably why the loreal, lancome, & kiehl discontinued their contract. VERY UNORGANIZED, VERY UNFAIR, AND SADLY VERY unappreciative. Because I WAS AN EXCELLENT AGENT....THEY TOLD ME TO NOT CALL IN TO GET OTHER AGENTS, AFTER.I DID IT... BUT I'M GLAD I DID, BECAUSE IT SHOWED ME THAT I WAS ONE OF THE BEST AND MOST OF THEM WERE NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE AND RUDE...ITS JUST SAD HOW THEY TREAT THE GOOD ONES....more cons gave you PTO to use, but never approved you for it..... They were "always busy."
