Our clients truly value our work. We make sure that is the case through our promotion ratings. Clients are able to rate the Account Executive’s work on the promotion on a scale of 1-10 and also provide any comments as to how that promotion ran. We also strive to build strong relationships with our clients through different relationship building activities such as wellness challenges, in person meetings, and always working to add value through sharing industry trends, etc.
HR, in conjunction with the leadership team, actively solicits and reviews feedback submitted through Glassdoor and many other avenues. We are consistently working to grow and adjust to keep up with the rapid expansion of our business. Pep cares deeply about the feedback of our employees and relies on it to guide us through these growing pains. Above all, we care about our people.
