      Avantages

      Ok work/life balance. Not "clock watchers" "Some" nice people

      Inconvénients

      Helpdesk mostly just creates tickets to hand off to others The others that handle issues are in very short supply. If 1 or 2 key individuals realized their worth and moved on the company would suffer. Employee equipment is dated and in short supply. Work was rarely related to my area of expertise Need a very thick skin to put up with a certain individual. Overall odd vibe. All of this is subjective of course and based off of my experience only.

      Avantages

      Supervisor was very nice and work wasn't disorganized so everything was straight-forward.

      Inconvénients

      Co-workers can be rude or obnoxious, but they weren't too bad.

      Avantages

      The workers are very laid back. They work hard considering long hours from time to time. From time to time even upper management came to help with the physical work of the projects. They are very good people overall.

      Inconvénients

      The time constraints for completing some of the jobs are very short. This is where long work weeks happen from time to time. Work weekends are also very frequent when projects arrive.
