      Work is repetitive Moving up to a higher paying position or to a shift you prefer can be difficult because it’s solely based on seniority A lot of toxicity in the production plant

      unsafe work environment toxic work environment awful pay scales that haven't been reviewed in years yearly cost of living raises don't even touch current inflation job openings are virtually non-existent, when there it's not merit based lack of proper training(which has literally left to safety issues)
