Avantages

PTO and holiday schedule was great.

Inconvénients

Lack of follow through from leadership, Slow HR department that often changes their mind or is inconsistent with practices. Lack of management, but also very much your typical “men” environment where you will often feel uncomfortable, insecure and condescending tone runs wild there.

Avantages

Met some friendly people there that made the job enjoyable. Standard benefits package (health, PTO) Occasional company events that encourage team morale.

Inconvénients

Management often emphasizes the importance of communication, yet struggles to practice it themselves. Instead of addressing concerns directly, they tend to go through others, which creates unnecessary tension and confusion. Confidential conversations are not always kept private, despite assurances otherwise. There’s also inconsistency in how performance feedback is gathered and who is involved in that process, sometimes relying on input from people who aren’t in a position to evaluate the work fairly. Pay practices feel inconsistent and lack transparency, and discussions around compensation are discouraged even though company policy states they’re allowed. Additionally, certain employees have been allowed to display unprofessional or harassing behavior toward coworkers—both new and long-term—without apparent consequences.
