      Academic standard is high for a commercial summer school thanks to top notch recruitment (both faculty and student wise)

      takes more time than other summer school jobs (but it's totally worth it)

      Avantages

      The programs themselves were always good fun, and we managed to attract really good teachers and support staff each year. If you only work for them during the summers, you’ll have fun.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership was toxic and characterized by bullying, nepotism, and wild unpredictability. The executive director ran the main office like a tinpot dictator.
