Great product with tremendous potential. New leadership and changing product strategy means there's a lot of change. But it's helping remove some of the complacency that had crept in.

In the past, product feedback loop was poor. That's improved but still some work needs some work. Also still a lot of unknowns with leadership changes.

engineering/pm leadership needs help. the CPTO is not technical at all and has no product vision. However, the VPs of both engineering and PMs are all very technical and capable. They are limited by the CPTO though.
