      The old team I cam from, before we were acquired.

      Inconvénients

      Senior team out of touch, very much every man for himself, if you are in their 'clique' then you can do what you like but if they don't know you, then you are not even looked after. You need to love being a game player if you want to succeed here.

      Avantages

      - Unlimited PTO - 100% Employer paid benefits for employees - Stock Options - Team camaraderie - Learning opportunities

      Inconvénients

      - Non-scalable business model - Understaffed and overworked teams - Staff morale is low since recent changes - Leadership is not transparent - Lack of training - Undefined roles that are made up on the fly - Fly by the seat of your pants mentality - Unlimited vacation still doesn't allow you to completely disconnect because you're expected to check in and sometimes work on vacation - Try to spin outcomes of internal decisions to seem positive without acknowledging the hardship that comes with them.
