Gave me the toughest work. Frequently cut hours. Manager nickels and dimes your shifts to cut your pay. Promised additional training. Dangled a promotion over me so that I would take the most difficult work but then gave it to slackers.

You learn about how to do front-line work and contributing to catering. Some slow periods during summer and works exactly like a University for busy periods in terms of predicting shifts.
