Avantages

Very open, fun, and empowering organization. Great people who are very smart. The benefits are the best I've ever had or have seen in the industry.

Inconvénients

They do not invest in tools or people. The French machine is impossible to overcome. Senior management lacks vision and a truly inspiring leader.
