Avantages
Optiv is a fast-growing company that provides exceptional opportunities for its employees in any area of the business. I really respect the management team because when Accuvant and FishNet Security came together last year, they really tried to find a place for literally every single person in the combined company. I have seen organizations merge and just cut duplicate positions without batting an eyelash, but that was not the case here.
Inconvénients
The merger of Accuvant and FishNet and transformation into Optiv happened very quickly, which has certainly created some challenges, as can only be expected. And continuing to grow at a rapid rate results in growing pains as well. But, I've been on the other side working for a company that laid me off the week before Christmas because their CEO ran the company into the ground. I would much rather deal with the challenges associated with a financial stable, fast-growing company!
