Avantages
I have been with Options For All for almost six years. Other companies have approached me regarding employment opportunities, which I have turned down. Reasons I stay: 1. The culture- I never understood the importance of having a positive, supportive platform while working until I got to Options For All. This helps bring creativity and great relationships to the table, and I can say 100% this has helped me grow as a person and an employee. 2. Flexibility- Being a full-time working mother is no easy task. Options For All leadership team understands this and allows the freedom to work from home or the office without the time constraints and expectations of being in the office from 9-5. 3. Growth- I started in the company as a Direct Support Staff, which I loved, but having the opportunity to show my skills and grow with the company has been excellent. Options For All does very well in seeking out employees' strengths and abilities, so they can expand with the company.
