Very professional, great Teamwork, and no payment issue

there is no downside of working for optimos or i have yet encounter issue with them

I had a job - that's about it.

Nobody cares about the employee. From the President and founder on down, all they are interested in is the revenue you can generate for them. The HR dept. is a disaster. The head of this dept. could care less about the employees. She pretends to act concerned but her actions (or should I say inaction) always fail to provide resolution to issues raised! The president of the company could care less. Is totally unresponsive to employee issues raised to his level.
