      Company is doing great. Flexibility of work hours. A lot of amazing people work there.

      - The people who call the shot are not smart (to say the least), the make decision that helps them and ignore the good people who are out at the field. - Avg. salaries - Lack of procedures - Below avg. benefits

      Avantages

      O+ is a positive work environment with friendly co-workers. The company cares about its employees and their families and goes above expectations during times of need.

      Inconvénients

      The actual office can get crowded then there is more than 3-4 employees traveling to the SJ office.
