      Avantages

      very clear termination policies. excellent place to meet people, because they fire so many employees.

      Inconvénients

      demoralizing, underhanded management policies, dishonest executives, abusive supervisors, low pay, policies change on a dime, and employees are left with no voice or options. no chance for advancement, available except to a select few.

      Avantages

      Great group of dedicated people, corporate backing, but still feels like a small company and many promotions from within.

      Inconvénients

      Always busy and parts of the year are very very busy. The intensity during busier times is not for everyone.
