The managers are starting to be spread too thin.
As In All Electrical Design Automation Companies we use some old systems and infrastructures that might not be too relevant in other fields (what we do is a bit niche).
The pay is a bit under the market range which is to be expected in a startup,this however comes with alot of flexibility so its balanced.
