      Avantages

      I was able to grow and meet challenges in new fields.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of reward for hard work and demand for excessive unpaid overtime was a strain. No cmmunication from top down. Micro managed to the point of mid managers watching personal breaks and refusiing vacations until ALL of your projects are completed and there is no end to these projects.

      Optek has great people to work with. They have great benefits. Convenient location.

      Inconvénients

      They don't have a bonus structure in place for the other hard working employees.

      Avantages

      You can take naps at your desk quite often because it's so quiet in the office.

      Inconvénients

      Not enough space in field to list all the negative and detrimental characteristics of this company. Senior management is running this company into the ground. The leaks have already sprung and the water level is waist deep. You either stay with the sinking ship or you buy into the delusion that management hands down to you.
