      Avantages

      Salary is always on time. Got 7K every month.

      Inconvénients

      There is no systematic operations at Opera Astrobaba team. I was managing day to day operations for Astrologers and live sessions for astrologers. Not experienced people who are part of the team. 6 day working at Opera Astrobaba is compulsory. There is no additional benefits at Opera Astrobaba. Lot of bugs and issues in the app as there is no technology support . Team most of the times dont respond on time.

      Avantages

      Truly international in scope and reach, with a mostly HR-centric culture that values employees and delivers management training and feedback well. Nice offices, especially in Norway, and a collaborative and open culture with very little finger-pointing. Lots to do, and many resources with which to do it.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes a little too European and slow-moving, particularly with regard to setting a direction and sticking to it and/or not shedding unpromising programs or projects quickly enough.
